Contesting harrassment charges
A Limavady man has indicated he is to contest charges of harassment.
Joseph McCloskey, a 37-year-old whose address was listed on court papers as Anderson Crescent in the town, appeared at Limavady Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 26, 2014.
McCloskey faces two charges of harassment alleged to have taken place on and between April 13 and 17 last year. He indicated to the court his intention to contest the charges. The case is to be re-opened on March 12 to fix a date for contest.
