Controlled drugs seized in Carrick
Police took to social media in the early hours of Saturday, November 20 to detail how a quantity of controlled drugs had been seized during a vehicle checkpoint operation in the Sunnylands and Woodburn areas of Carrickfergus.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “A short time ago a vehicle was stopped in the area. It was subsequently searched and a quantity of controlled drugs were located and seized. A suspect has been identified and interviewed. A report will be submitted to the Public Prosecution Service.”
