Former bar manager, 46-year-old Ivor Kissick from Coleraine Road, admitted having a phone - capable of making videos - for four-and-a-half months between November 30 last year and April 12 this year.

A prosecutor told Coleraine Magistrates Court that Kissick said he was living with a woman at a guesthouse and she lent him the phone.

The prosecutor said the phone was located on Kissick and although there was one photo on it, it was not of a sinister nature.

Unemployed Kissick had his case adjourned to August for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.

At Antrim Crown Court in December 2012 Kissick pleaded guilty to four charges of voyeurism for sexual gratification.

Kissick used a hidden camera to secretly record his unsuspecting naked victim getting washed and dried. He made four short films in 2011.
