Court: Disorderly man gets bail
A Limavady man accused of assault and making a threat to damage property was released on bail when he appeared before the local court.
Samuel John Porter, of Alexander Road in the town, was also further charged with the offences of disorderly behaviour, criminal damage, and theft, which were alleged to have been committed between January and February.
The 44-year-old accused was released by the District Judge on a number of conditions.
He is due to appear before the court again on June 10.
