Court: Man faces a range of charges
A 20-year-old man has made his first appearance at Londonderry magistrates Court on a range of charges, including assaults, drug offences and motoring contraventions.
He is Aiden Kenneth Hannigan, of 3A Shipquay Street, who is charged with two assaults and possession of Class B drug herbal cannabis on February 27 this year as well as damaging a car on January 11 this year, driving while unfit at Glenowen Park and failing to provide a breath specimen, as well as failing to comply with bail conditions by not presenting himself to police and attempting to take a vehicle without consent. He is to return to court on April 10.
