Criminal damage

Police in Strand Road are appealing for information following a report of criminal damage at residential premises in Heron Way area on Thursday.

Shortly after 4.45am it was reported that a window in the front door was broken.

At this stage, police are treating the incident as a hate crime. Enquiries are continuing.

Two males, aged 17 and 18 were arrested and later released on bail pending further police enquiries.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the incident to contact them at Strand Road.
