Criminal damage of house in Portstewart

Police are investigating criminal damage caused to a house in the Station Road area of Portstewart.

Neighbourhood Inspector Tony Boyce, told The Coleraine Times: “Police are investigating after a woman called us to say that her front window had been smashed at around 10:15pm on Friday, September 12. Thankfully no one was injured as a result of the incident, never the less police are concerned at what happened.

“Officers want to speak with two males who were spotted in the area at the time of the incident. One was described as wearing a white t-shirt and the other male was wearing a grey t-Shirt. Anyone with any information is asked to call police on the non-emergency number 101.”
