Denies drug offences
A Waterside man denied possessing drugs with intent to supply when he appeared at Londonderry Crown Court.
William Duncan, of Moore Street, denied possessing cannabis and amphetamine with intent to supply. He also denied concealing criminal property on February 25.
The court heard his trial is expected to last three days is listed for February 25.
The defence said the defendant accepted possession, but it was under ‘duress’.
Duncan was remanded in custody to appear in court again next month.
