Domestic violence charges against Lottery winner Ryan Magee dropped
The charges against a lottery winner accused of domestic violence have been dropped.
Ryan Magee, of Monnaboy Road, Eglinton, was accused of four common assaults on a female between August 1 and 2.
However, a prosecutor told Derry Magistrates Court the charges were to be withdrawn.
The 34-year-old, who won over £6 million on the Euromillions Lottery in 2008, was not present for the brief hearing.
