Driver reported to PPS after motoring offences detected in Islandmagee

A motorist is due in court after police detected a number of offences in Islandmagee on Sunday.

Detailing the incident on the Police MId and East Antrim Facebook page on March 26, a PSNI spkesperson said: “Police observed this vehicle being used without a valid insurance policy in Islandmagee this evening. Not only was there no insurance policy covering the driver, but also no valid licence.

“The driver will be reported to the PPS for several motoring offences and will have their day in court before the Magistrate.”
