Fined for having no car insurance

A 68-year-old Cookstown man was fined a total of £200 with six penalty points at East Tyrone Magistrates Court on Friday for having no insurance.

The court heard police checks showed James Joseph McStravock, from Castle Court, did not have insurance for a car stopped in the town on March 23.
