Five motoring '¨offences alleged

A Donaghmore man has appeared in court charged with five motoring offences.

Martin Quinn, 40, from Brewery Court, stands accused of having no driving licence or car insurance.

He is further accused of failure to produce both licence and insurance to police.

Quinn is lastly charged with using a mobile phone while driving.

All the charges relate to alleged incidents at Platter’s Hill in Coalisland on November 21st, 2015.

District Judge John Meehan adjourned the case until November 2nd.
