For trial on drugs charges

A Lurgan man has been sent for trial on drugs charges which include cultivating a cannabis plant at his home.

Eighteen year old Shea Reynolds, Dingwell Park, Lurgan, appeared last Wednesday at a preliminary enquiry at Craigavon courthouse.

He is charged with cultivating a cannabis plant at Dingwell Park on September 30 last year.

As well he faces charges of unlawful possession of cannabis, unlawful possession of methadone, unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to supply and assaulting a constable on the same date.

Reynolds was remanded in custody to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on September 3.
