Glynn woman denies ‘in charge’ allegation
A woman denies being in charge of a vehicle with excess alcohol in her breath at Brown’s Bay Road, Islandmagee.
Joanne De-Leeuwe (57), of Craiganboy Park, Glynn, is alleged to have committed an offence on September 22 this year.
She appeared at Ballymena Magistrates Court on Thursday, October 31, where her solicitor was Kevin MacAllister.
The case has been adjourned to Antrim Magistrates Court at the end of November for a contest.
