Greencastle man will contest four charges at court
Ruairi Conway, 38, from Crockanboy Road in Greencastle, will contest four charges at court on December 7.
He stands accused of being unable to properly control a vehicle at Loy Street in Cookstown on July 22nd this year.
He is further charged with failure to produce a driving licence, using a mobile phone while driving, and having no licence on the same date.
District Judge John Meehan adjourned the case until November 23.
Mr Jarlath Faloon appeared in court on Conway’s behalf.
