In court on cannabis charge
At Londonderry Crown Court bail was granted to man charged with supplying cannabis.
Steven Mooney (29), of Glenbrook Terrace, also pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cannabis, possessing the class B drug with intent to supply and dishonestly using electricity. The offences were committed between April 2013 and April 2014.
The court was told Mooney had no relevant convictions. A probation report was requested and Mooney was bailed to February 10.
