A 22-year-old man and a 16-year-old-male arrested after reports of theft and attempted theft at a business premises in the Shanes Hill Road area of Kilwaughter on Thursday (July 14) have been released on police bail to return for further questioning at a later date.

They were arrested after officers responding to a report of a theft in progress around 10.50pm, stopped a vehicle nearby and a quantity of fuel drums, funnels, and a battery pack were located inside it.
