Appearing at Craigavon Magistrates Court this morning was Fiona McFadden of Killough Gardens.

A Detective Constable said he believed he could connect the defendant with the charge.

Mr Black, a serving prison officer, was shot dead on the M1 close to Lurgan in November, 2012.

McFadden was remanded on her own bail of £400 to appear at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Friday.

At the request of her solicitor McFadden was excused from attending on Friday.

The conditions of her bail are that she reside at her home address and is banned from having direct or indirect contact with two named individuals, Damien McLaughlin and Sean McVeigh.

McVeigh (33) was arrested last month after searches of his Victoria St, Lurgan home. He is accused of the murder of the father of two on November 1 2012 and possession of a firearm, namely an AK47, with intent to endanger life on the same date.

Damien Joseph McLaughlin (37) of Kilnascally Road, Dungannon is charged with preparing for an act of terrorism by obtaining a Toyota Camry car from Co Leitrim on a date between October 30 and November 2 2012.

Both McVeigh and McLaughlin are due to appear at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Friday via videolink.
