District Judge Peter Magill released O'Hagan on the condition that he stays out of Dungannon except for attending court and legal consultation.

The defendant told the judge that he lived with his mother in Maghera and would be giving up the drink.

District Judge Magill adjourned the case until September 18 and told O’Hagan to attend court on that date.
