Man admits drug offences
A 30-year-old man admitted possessing cannabis with intent to supply when he appeared before court in Londonderry.
In the dock was Kevin Barry Doherty, with an address at Rathkeele Way in the city.
In addition to the charge of possession with intent to supply, Doherty also admitted a charge simple possession of the class B drug on January 14, last year.
After a preliminary hearing, sentencing was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be compiled.
Doherty was released on continuing bail and will appear in court again on Thursday, March 19.
