Man admitted theft court is told
A 25-year-old man has appeared before Londonderry Magistrates Court charged with theft.
Gareth Thomas, of The Fountain, in the city, pleaded guilty to five charges of theft between August 3, 2012 and November 28, 2012, admitting that he took £1,500 from a man.
The Magistrates Court heard the case was one which involved a breach of trust between the accused and the injured party in the case.
On hearing an outline of the case sentencing was adjourned until November 7 for a probation pre-sentence report.
