Man attacked at Dingwell Park

POLICE are appealing for information following an assault in the Dingwell Park area of Lurgan.

Some time between midnight and 12.30am on Sunday, September 4, a 26 year old man was assaulted by two other men at the grassy square behind Dingwell Park. They made off in the direction of Taghnevan Close.

The victim sustained an injury to his face which required medical treatment.

The two assailants are described as being 5ft 8in in height. One of them was wearing a dark jacket and the other a checked shirt.
