Man convicted of benefit fraud
A Dollingstown man was fined £200 on Tuesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for benefit fraud.
Thomas Thompson (60) of Gilpin Park, Dollingstown was claiming benefits he was not entitled to.
He was also ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy and ordered and court costs of £19 for wrongful encashment of Income Support totalling £325.
He is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency.
