Man due in court following theft from Newtownabbey store

Police in Newtownabbey have charged a 54-year-old man with theft following a report of theft from the Jubilee Way area of Newtownabbey on Wednesday, November 23 2022.

He was located by officers in the Glengormley area on Monday (January 23).

A PSNI spokesperson said: “This male was also wanted for failing to appear at court for other unrelated matters.

"He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday, January 24).

The man was located by officers in Glengormley.
