Man faces charges after Millburn Road collision

A 23 year old man has been charged with a range of offences, including aggravated vehicle taking, driving with excess alcohol and assault on police.

He is expected to appear at Coleraine Magistrates Court on May 4.

As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.

he charges follow a collision on Millburn Road in Coleraine on Easter Tuesday evening.

Three other people, a male and two females, arrested in connection with the same incident have been released pending a report to the PPS.
