Man in court for burglary charge
A 23-year-old man is to stand trial at Londonderry Crown Court accused of the burglary of a Waterside house.
At a preliminary court hearing at Londonderry Courthouse it was claimed car keys, a purse and money were stolen during the alleged incident.
Kevin Doherty, whose address was given on court papers as c/o Magilligan, faces further charges of taking a car and theft of a mobile phone, sat nav, clothing and DIY equipment worth £1,600 on January 1.
Doherty was remanded in custody to appear in court again on November 5 for arraignment.
