Man in court on drug charge
A 40-year-old man who arrested on suspicion of a serious assault on a woman in Londonderry at the weekend has since been released from police custody.
He was released without charge for the alleged assault offence.
However, the PSNI subsequently revealed that the same man was charged with possessing Class A and Class B and possessing them with intent to supply and appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court on Monday morning.
