Man in court on drug offence
A man has appeared before the Court in Londonderry charged in connection with the supplying of a Class B drug.
Owen Oliver McCann, aged 26, with an address in the Rossnagalligh area of the Cityside, admitted being involved in the supplying of cannabis.
The Court was told that he also pleaded guilty to further charges of possessing cannabis and simple possession of the class B drug.
The offences came to light on August 21, last year.
Sentence was adjourned and McCann was released on continuing bail until September 30.
