Man in court on fireworks charges
A 35 year old man is expected to appear at Londonderry Magistrates Court on October 30, on charges of possession of fireworks without a licence and unlawfully keeping fireworks for sale.
The charges relate to the search of a house in the Shantallow area on Monday, October 7, and as usual will be reviewed by the PPS.
