Man injured outside hotel

A MAN was seriously injured during an attack outside the Royal Hotel in Cookstown.

The 46-year-old was outside the front of the hotel when he was pushed from behind, then kicked and punched when he fell.

He suffered a broken leg, cracked elbow and cuts and bruises.

He claims the incident happened on November 12 but he did not report it at the time because of his injuries.
