Mr Burke was also believed to have had a mobile phone with a built-in camera at a shopping centre.
He was further charged with taking nude photographs and by taking an indecent photograph of a child.
The court was told the defendant, who admits committing the offences on 12 March, was given a four month jail sentence, suspended for three years, in 2007 for similar offences.

He was also subjected to the terms of a SOPO order until 2017.
A police officer said Mr Burke had been arrested after they received a complaint from the mother of a schoolgirl that he had photographed under her daughter’s skirt.
Bail was refused and Mr Burke was remanded in custody for a video-link hearing in Magherafelt on April 11.
