Man took car without permission
A 36 year old Banbridge man who took his father’s car without permission, had driven to collect a Chinese takeaway.
Brendan Patrick McGivern, from Scarva Walk, Banbridge, was also charged with having no insurance and no driving licence. He was banned for six months and fined a total of £325 and ordered to pay an additional £15 offender’s levy.
