Man urinated on pavement

He was Michael McCabe, of Richmount Gardens, Lurgan and he admitted the offence which happened on April 8.

The court heard a police mobile patrol saw the defendant urinating on the pavement outside the Railway Bar in William Street,

He said he had been in the bar and when police asked him why he did not go when he was in there he said he did not need to at that stage.

Mr Pat Vernon, representing the defendant, said he was outside talking for a while and when he tried to get back into the bar the bouncers would not let him.
