Man who tried to evade police had 18 diazepam tablets on him, Court is told
A man has appeared at Londonderry Magistrates Court for drug and bail offending.
Dean Owen Hamilton McBride, 21, of 79 Strand Road, faces possession of diazepam and failing to comply with his bail conditions on March 9 this year.
He tried to evade police and when searched, 18 tablets were found. He was fined £150 on each charge, ordered to pay £15 costs and a destruction order issued.
