Masked man took shop’s vehicle
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a masked man walked into a flower shop on Westland Street in Londonderry shortly before 10pm on July 12.
He demanded keys to a van that was parked outside and then made off in the vehicle towards the Lecky flyover.
The van, registration ONZ 5123, was then set on fire.
Anyone who was in the area and could help police with their enquiries is asked to contact Strand Road on 0845 600 8000.
