Men deny robbery and GBH

Two men are to stand trial at Derry Crown Court accused of robbery.

David John Robert Curry, (35), of Winchester Park, and 27-year-old David James Greene, with an address in Scotland, are jointly charged with the robbery of a man on July 14, last year.

They are further charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

Both men entered not guilty pleas to the charges at Derry Crown Court.

The court was told the trial, which is expected to last four days, has been listed for December 11.

Judge Philip Babington released the defendants on continuing bail to appear in court again on that date.
