Motorist in court on driving charge
A Strabane man has appeared before the local magistrates court accused of causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving.
Declan Murray, (43), with an address off Main Street in the town, was returned to stand trial following a brief court appearance.
The magistrates court was told he was charged in connection with an incident alleged to have take place at the Victoria Road in November 2012.
Murray is to appear before the court again on Wednesday, August 26.
