Motorist is arrested
Police in Londonderry have arrested a man for driving a vehicle that was in a dangerous condition.
The 32-year-old was also arrested in connection with further offences of careless driving, defective tyres and no insurance due to vehicle modification.
The car was also seized and the driver was later released on police bail pending further enquiries.
He was arrested after officers saw a car leaving a store car park at Strand Road on Friday, August 17, with its tyres spinning.
