The injured party said that he vehicle parked in front had reversed and collided with him before driving off.

When the defendant was contacted he initially denied being there but later admitted he was present but because of circumstances he made off and did not report the accident.

A barrister for Kelly said that a black car pulled up alongside his car.

A man got out and started throwing punches at his front seat passenger. The defendant reversed into the car before making off.
