Pensioner returned for trial on abuse
A 77-year-old man is to stand trial accused of historic sexual abuse.
Brendan O’Donnell, of Ardglen Park, faces five charges of indecent assault, gross indecency with or towards a child and incitement to commit gross indecency.
The offences are alleged to have been committed between September 1962 and February 1975 and involve two alleged injured parties.
The pensioner declined to say anything in answer to the charges or to call any witnesses.
He was released on his own bail of £350 and will appear at the Crown Court for arraignment on June 20.
