Police appeal for help after elderly resident is scammed

Police are investigating a cold calling incident in the Barley Hill area of Lisburn shortly after 1pm on Sunday June 5 when an elderly resident has been the victim of a scam.

A spokesperson for the police said: “If you believe you may have an information such as CCTV or Ring Doorbell footage please contact 101, quoting reference 1063 of 05/06/2022.”
