Police appeal for witnesses to Lisburn road collision

Police are appealing for information following a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the Old Ballynahinch Road outside Lisburn at around 12:50pm on Wednesday, February 9.

Sergeant MacKenzie said: “Officers attended, along with colleagues from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service.

“Four people were taken to hospital for treatment to injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening at this stage.

“The road was closed for some time but has now reopened.

“We are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time, or who may have dashcam footage, to contact police on 101 quoting reference 792 of 9/2/22.
