Police make new appeal on stolen car

POLICE investigating the theft of a car in Lisburn are making a new appeal for information.

A white Seat Leon (registration PE08 LOW) was stolen from the Plantation Road car park at the Saintfield Road Roundabout sometime between 7.20am and 2pm on 14th May.

It’s understood a female motorist who had parked in the space left vacant by the stolen Seat was spoken to by the car’s owner later that evening.

Police are appealing for this woman to get in touch with them as they believe she may be able to assist with enquiries. They are also keen to hear from anyone who knows the current whereabouts of the car or who has any other information.
