Police probe Coleraine shooting

Loud bangs were reported outside the house at around 12.20am in the area.

Following an inspection of the front of the house by the occupant, a number of bullet holes were found to the glass panel of the front door.

There were no reports of any injuries to the man and woman who were at home at the time of the incident.

Detective Sergeant Wallace said, “ ur investigation into this incident is ongoing and I would ask anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or who has any information to contact detectives in Coleraine on 101 quoting reference 10 05/07/16 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
