Police probe Newtownabbey assault

Police officers have launched an appeal for information following an incident in the Shore Road area of Newtownabbey today (Tuesday).

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault that occurred this morning (June 14) at approximately 8.40am on the Shore Road, Newtownabbey close to the junction with Glenville Road.

“This incident involved a white vehicle and a dark coloured motorcycle. If you witnessed this incident, or have any dash cam / mobile phone footage, please contact police on 101, quoting reference number 380 of 14/06/22.”
