Probation Order for exposure

A Cookstown man who exposed his genitals to a person has been given a two-year Probation Order by East Tyrone Magistrate's Court.

Appearing before a sentencing hearing on Wednesday was 53-year old Seamus James Edward O’Brien from Sweep Road.

He gave his consent to the order after admitting to the offence of March 2nd and will take part in a number of programmes and meetings as directed by the Probation Services.

Mr Fintan McAleer appeared on his behalf.
