Probe after rock is thrown at bin lorry

Police in Lurgan are probing an incident where a rock was thrown at a bin lorry.

The PSNI said a rock was thrown during bin collection in the Carrick Drive area of Lurgan on April 11.

A spokesperson explained that when the persons on board the bin lorry stopped to check for damage , it is reported that there was an altercation between persons onboard the bin lorry and two unidentified men.

“If you saw or heard anything regarding this incident, please contact police on the new non-emergency number 101,” said a spokesperson for the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
