PSNI appeal after ‘suspicious male’ spotted at NI children’s play park

Police have appealed for witnesses after reports of a man acting suspiciously close to a children’s play park.

The PSNI want to speak to anyone who was close to Richhill Recreation Centre on Wednesday evening.

Posting on Facebook Police Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon said they were asking for help in tracing the man.

“By any chance were you at or close to the Richhill recreation centre on the evening of Wednesday 30th September? Specifically the play park area at about 8pm?

“A report was made to Police about a male acting suspiciously in the area. He was approximately 40-50 years old wearing a white baseball cap, dark coat, light blue denim jeans, dark trainers and having a local accent.

“Were you at the park, walking your dog or even playing football and noticed the male?

“If so please make contact with police via 101 quoting reference 1836 of the 30/09/2020.”
