PSNI investigate Ivy Mead car theft
DETECTIVES in Londonderry are seeking assistance in locating a car that was stolen in the Waterside on Wednesday night.
Detective Inspector David McQuade said: “The blue Skoda Fabia was stolen from a driveway at Ivy Mead and has not yet been found. Also in the same area, a nearby house was entered and a HP Packard laptop computer was stolen. The intruders also stole two bicycles from the garage, but they were recovered abandoned on Thursday morning.
“We are seeking information about the incidents and we are also encouraging people to make it a habit to ensure that all doors and windows are locked at night.”
