Ulster Unionist MLA Doug Beattie said there is “no place” for such hatred in any society.

I’m disgusted to hear about this racially motivated attack in Lurgan,” the Upper Bann representative said.

“There is no place for these hate crimes in any society.”

Mr Beattie added: “All this does is undermine the Mourneview community as they drive to make the area a welcoming place to live.”
